Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee gives you the right to cancel your order for The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite) within 30 days of completing of your online order. Note: this does not affect your statutory rights.

To cancel, you must contact us by email (info@parispass.com) within 30 days of ordering online.

If you cancel your order you must return The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite) it to Leisure Pass Returns, PO BOX 25, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1ZG, UK, within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost of returning The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite).

You do not have the right to cancel your order for The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite) within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if you have activated The Paris Pass or otherwise started using The Paris Pass and / or any products included.

Our Extended Money Back Guarantee (if taken for a 2.5% fee) gives you the right to cancel your order within 12 months of purchasing online. You must contact us by email (info@parispass.com) within 12 months and return your order to us – address details above. You do not have the right to cancel your order for The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite)  if you have activated the Paris Pass or otherwise started using The Paris Pass (including the Carte Musée and Paris Visite). All refunds will be minus the 2.5% fee.

The Paris Pass may only be used by the card's signatory on consecutive calendar days only. Once signed it is non-transferable. It is non-refundable, outside of the 30 day Money Back Guarantee or Extended Money Back Guarantee terms. No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards.

The Paris Pass does not give admission to temporary exhibitions or guided visits, or to any attractions when they are closed. Please note that most museums are closed Monday or Tuesday.

The Paris Pass is valid for use within 12 months following date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Once activated it will expire at the end of consecutive days purchased.

Opening times of participating Locations fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this website are advised to check with the Location concerned prior to visiting in order to ascertain the opening times.

The opinions expressed on this website are no more than fair comment of the authors and are not the opinions of the Publishers.

All offers, participants, attractions and services listed on this website are contractually bound with the Publishers to offer benefits, discounted, or free entry to Paris Pass holders, as well as other genuine offers and discounts where applicable. The Publishers have taken all reasonable care to ensure that only properly run and reputable locations of good standing are within the Paris Pass scheme. That said, the Publishers shall not be liable for any deficiencies in service, quality of merchandise or health and safety concerning any particular Attraction.

All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the Location concerned.

The Publishers shall not be responsible if any Location, contrary to the terms of its Contract with them, unlawfully and with no good cause, refuses free admission or other genuine offers and discounts where applicable. The Publishers will use reasonable endeavours (where such refusal is unreasonable and/or in breach of Contract) to facilitate admission or other genuine offers and discounts to Paris Pass holders by the Location concerned; however, if the Publishers should fail in their attempts, they shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience suffered, in whole or in part.

Whilst the Publishers will have used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, they shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or other inconvenience caused, in whole or in part, by reliance upon such information. The user of the information does so at his own risk.

Holders of the Paris Pass recognise and accept that they visit any Location voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

The Publishers are not in any way responsible for the conditions of the Location or venues or third party acts or omissions at any Location, venue, or service.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are the Prize Rules ("Rules") and apply to the New York Pass and London Pass giveaway ("Giveaway") featured in any Leisure Pass Group communication unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Leisure Pass Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway or the Rules without notice. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
Qualifying Entrants

To qualify to enter to win the Experience you must be over the age of 18. Entrants can be anywhere in the world.
Employees of Leisure Pass Group or any associated company of Leisure Pass Group and their immediate families, persons connected with the giveaway and their immediate families are not eligible to buy a Pass to enter to win the Experience.
By purchasing a Pass to win the Experience, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Leisure Pass Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from entering the draw to win the Experience, Leisure Pass Group in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected, and entrants will be subject to these Rules.
Prizes

The Prize winner will be chosen at random, from all qualifying Entries within 14 days of the closing date specified in ‘Giveaway Entries’.
In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Prize winners will be notified within 7 days, once the prize winner has been selected.
Failure to reply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
The giveaway’s winner’s name may be published in Leisure Pass Group communication.
Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Leisure Pass Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Leisure Pass Group and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
Redemption instructions will be emailed to the winner.

One order equals one giveaway entry.
All Pass purchases must be made from 00.01 GMT 26 Jan to 23.59 GMT 31st January to qualify for entry into the draw.

Jurisdiction

The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
