Shipping and Collection of the Paris Pass

When you buy the Paris Pass online, you can choose to either have your order shipped to you or to collect it once you arrive in Paris.

Getting Paris Passes Shipped

If you choose to have your Paris Pass order shipped to you, you must allow for an appropriate amount of time between placing the order and your planned departure to Paris. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times and the associated costs of shipping.

Top Tip
The Paris Pass strongly advises against shipping to hotels and third parties. Any shipping to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the client. The Paris Pass does not guarantee shipping and does not accept any liability. Mislaid or missing orders may only be reissued with additional payment.

Collecting your Paris Pass In Paris

If you choose to collect your order in Paris you will need to print and bring with you the Paris Pass voucher which is emailed to you on completion of your online order. Your Paris Pass order can be collected from:

Directions from Grands Boulevards Metro:
- Head west on Bd Poissonière toward Rue Montmartre  110m
- Turn left onto Rue Montmartre  170m
- Turn left onto Rue des Jeuneurs/Rue des Jeûneurs  66m
- Destination will be on the left (North side of the street) if you follow these instructions coming from Rue Montmatre.
- You will see a sign for the Cultival Agency. Go through the entrance to the right of the sign. The office is all the way in the back.
