How Do I Claim?

Should you need to claim on your Paris Pass insurance, simply email us at info@parispass.com with your full name, your Paris Pass order reference number and details of your request.

We will process your claim within five working days by either refunding your order value to your credit card or issuing a replacement Paris Pass.
