Shipping or Collection of the Paris Pass

When you buy the Paris Pass online, you can choose to either have your order shipped to you or to collect it once you arrive in Paris.

Getting Paris Passes Shipped

If you choose to have your Paris Pass order shipped to you, you must allow for an appropriate amount of time between placing the order and your planned departure to Paris. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times and the associated costs of shipping.
Leisure Pass Group (LPG) strongly advises against shipping to hotels and third parties. Any shipping to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the client. LPG does not guarantee shipping and does not accept any liability. Mislaid or missing orders may only be reissued with additional payment.

Collecting your Paris Pass In Paris

If you choose to collect your order in Paris you will need to print and bring with you the Paris Pass voucher which is emailed to you on completion of your online order.
