Paris Cocktail Week 2016
Forget Dry January and make the most of Paris Cocktail Week 2016, running from the 23rd to 30th January. Seven whole days dedicated to cocktail making and tasting in Paris, to try new things, explore new flavours and push the boundaries of mixology! This year there are 50 participating bars who are each designing two signature cocktails especially for the event - so there's no excuse not to broaden your horizons and challenge your tastebuds, all in the name of research, of coures. If you're a budding mixologist, then don't miss the Paris Cocktail Week Academy, new this year, held at the Grande Epicerie, and learn about how to pair which cocktails with which food with the help of top restaurateurs and chefs who are joining the event.
